we only send orders to customers within the united kingdom. under no circumstances will we ship orders outside of the uk.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

orders received before 1pm mon-fri will be despatched the same day by parcelforce 24 or royal mail special delivery,all services require a signature.you can specify an alternative address for delivery where a signature can be obtained if this is more convenient.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

delivery is free of charge for orders with a net weight below 1 kilo (with exception to selected items as clearly stated on the item page) are charged at £3.99 towards special delivery,small items are priced lower than you will find anywhere to compensate for the £3.99 charge. if you wish to purchase for example a tub of boditronics whey with any number of small items then fantastic savings can be made as you pay nothing for delivery!
